The view was fantastic, privacy was perfect and the house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Absolutely loved this retreat!!

That we're very helpful.

We had a wonderful time being together as family and friends. The house was perfect for our needs and met expectations. We loved the house and how we could all be together in the main living area, cook together, play games and enjoy the fire, yet had the availability to go to our room and test or read and have some privacy. I love the way that the bedrooms/ bathrooms are separated in 3 different "suite areas." Perfect and comfortable for a large group.

The house was so close the parkway we were able to get to all our favorite spots in minutes. Boone and Blowing rock are just a few minutes down the road.

Christine came over after work on Friday to help with a tricky fireplace...so kind of her. We have rented numerous VRBOs when we travel and this was one of our favorites. It was beautifully maintained and had every amenity we reached for.Furnished like a private home and filled with little extras. We even had games to play and the separate living areas were wonderful for 3 couples. The only thing I do need to warn all of you, is that it is a Very steep driveway, one of our cars barely made it up, so if you can bring a front wheel or 4 wheel drive automobile that would be better.

When the original property we were trying to book had been rented, Kristen recommended this one and we are so happy she did. The property was everything we could have asked for and more. It is well stocked, had everything you would need to cook, the view was gorgeous. Everything about Little Bear Cabin was perfect. We would definitely rent it again and use you for all of our rental needs. Thanks for a great mini vacation.

We love renting from Blowing Rock Properties! We have stayed with you guys twice this year and both times the entire process was uncomplicated and easy. The check-in process is the best! There's no need to rush to get the key like with other companies.
