Friendly and professional.

Treehaven was terrific! Our only suggestions would be to have a set of drawers in the guest room so guests can unpack and a mirror placed in the master (right now the only mirror in the house is in the bathroom). Beyond that, everything was perfect.

Rooms were nicely furnished and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cookware/towels etc. There was plenty of fresh linen supplied for the length of our stay. The location was right in downtown so you could walk just about everywhere and having a designated parking space just off Main Street ,especially on a weekend , was priceless!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the check-in / check-out was very easy

My young daughter and I had a special weekend getaway at Rhododendron 2. The property itself had all the comforts of home. My daughter enjoyed seeing the swans at the nearby lake on the property and going on a hike in the trails. The swimming pool, playground, and indoor childrens play space next to the hotel were also big hits. We only left the property once and that was for breakfast in town. The property had everything nearby we wanted and needed. Cant wait to return!

Would stay here again, but for briefer period of time. Lack of a dishwasher grew very tiresome and we ate out more frequently as a result. We like to cook. If we had only stayed in Park View for a week or long weekend it wouldn't have been an issue. There is plenty of space for a compact dishwasher. Could be a game changer. Loved the views of the park and location.

Our family enjoyed the beautiful home and the ability to walk our dog. Our grandchildren enjoyed the spacious home. My husband and daughter enjoyed the hot tub.

The property is absolutely awesome! It is quiet and perfect for enjoying the mountains and relaxing. This is the best rental property we have ever visited. The cleanliness and amenities were superb to the point we felt like we were in our own home. The view is spectacular and the neighborhood is beautiful.

We enjoyed everything about the property. The location was great! Keyless entry fantastic! One issue that we did have was that we had no hot water. My husband was able to find a timer on the hot water tank that needed turned on and fixed the situation. Leaving instructions with regard to that might be helpful. Also, the television instructions in the notebook weren't super clear, so it took us some time to figure out that we had Direct TV and didn't have to log into Netflix, etc.

Loved the place. Only suggestion would be updating the kitchen with serving bowls/trays and better cooking pans. Most of them are in bad shape. Knifes could be sharped as well.

The rental process was very easy. The few times I talked to people in the office they were friendly and helpful.

The house is beautiful and reflects high quality construction. It had great gathering spaces both inside and out on the deck. Everyone enjoyed their stay. It was a very comfortable home.

Our Family Weekend Stay at Deer View Cabin was fantastic! The kitchen exceeded our expectations! Well stocked! We enjoyed grilling barbecue chicken/Steaks/Shrimp! Very positive. It was very seamless especially us not having to go to an office first to get a key and check in. Being able to go straight there and back worked perfect.

We were very pleased with our weekend at the cabin. There were a couple minor things that weren't that great (back deck door handle basically falls off, low water pressure, etc) but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

We had an amazing getaway and really loved the property. We plan on coming back in a year. Hoping I dont have to sterilize the tub again. But regardless of the tub we had an amazing time!
